It is easier to think more clearly in a tidy, energetically clear space. When you uplift where you live and work with fresh positive energy it is easy to manifest your goals, ideas and dreams. New ideas have space to come in and if you are setting new years goals it can help you have the energy to get things done. Happy 2022!
Some tips:
– Light Candles. Candles instantly raise the vibration of your space. Light white candles to cleanse and clear your space. Tea lights are perfect for this. You can set your intentions or goals and light candles as you say them to help lift them up to heaven and help them manifest.
– Take Epsom salt baths. The salt has added magnesium which helps the body relax and epsom salts are known for clearing your energy and helping you heal and relax.
– Sage your space -smoking sage leaves helps clear stagnant and stale energy to help your space feel energetically bright.
– Open windows to refresh the air and energy of your space. Allow the new year energy into your home.
– Declutter space, home and office, clean your windows, let in more light. Wash your curtains. Let go of anything that no longer serves you, old clothes, broken cups and anything that does not bring you joy.
